Criminal Complaint Filed

Former adult film star Adria English has taken the next step in her legal battle by filing a criminal complaint against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, alleging coercion into sex trafficking activities. This comes after her previously filed $50 billion civil lawsuit. English alleges that Diddy forced her to engage in sexual activities with influential guests at his parties under threats and coercion.

She also involved jeweler Jacob Arabov in her allegations, accusing him of participation in the misconduct. Despite these serious charges, authorities have indicated that there is insufficient evidence to pursue a criminal investigation into human trafficking at this stage.

This case has garnered significant media attention, bringing to light issues of power abuse by influential personalities in the entertainment industry.

English’s attorney Ariel Mitchell expressed cautious optimism following the police report’s filing. She stated, “Ms. English is very excited and cautiously optimistic about her journey to justice starting with the filing of her civil lawsuit on July 3, 2024, and now with the filing of a criminal complaint with the Miami Beach Police Department.”

Civil Lawsuit Details

The civil lawsuit filed by English details severe allegations, including coercion, threats, and forced engagement in sexual activities under duress. Filed in federal court, this lawsuit targets not only Diddy but also Arabov and other alleged co-conspirators, including Tamiko Thomas. English compared their roles to notorious figures like Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, further stressing the gravity of her claims.

“Ms. English hopes to file an additional criminal complaint in New York but has been precluded to this point as New York requires an individual to be in person in order to file a criminal complaint,” added Mitchell.

English has also accused other guests at Diddy’s parties of sexual assault, resulting in significant emotional trauma, intimacy issues, and lasting painful memories. These alleged actions began with her initial attendance at a Diddy-hosted party in 2004, which she believed to be a legitimate job opportunity but quickly escalated into a nightmare.

Diddy’s Response and Ongoing Legal Battles

Diddy’s legal team maintains that these allegations are ungrounded. Jonathan Davis, Diddy’s attorney, responded to the allegations by saying, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court.”

Diddy was recently spotted whitewater rafting in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, seemingly unfazed by the allegations. This has further fueled English’s determination for justice. “After seeing Defendant Combs whitewater rafting and jetting around on his personal plane, seemingly enjoying life despite all the atrocities he has caused and has been accused of by countless individuals over decades, Mrs. English is even more motivated to ensure justice prevails,” commented Mitchell.

Ongoing Investigations and Public Reaction

Despite the seriousness of the allegations, Diddy has not been formally charged by federal prosecutors yet. Recent reports indicate that his homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided by US Homeland Security in connection with a federal sex trafficking investigation. Alleged victims are expected to testify before a federal grand jury, suggesting potential formal charges might follow.

Douglas Wigdor, Ventura’s lawyer, also weighed in on the situation, stating, “I don’t think whitewater rafting will prepare him for the choppy waters that lie ahead.” Public reaction remains intense as many watch closely for the next developments in this high-profile case.
